Dates: The retreat program runs Sunday, September 6th, 2020 at 3pm GMT through Wednesday, September 9th, 2020 at 7pm GMT.
Investment: $999 facilitation fee plus accommodation choice
Your total investment is the facilitation fee plus the accommodation choice of your preference.
Payment Terms: $999 non-refundable facilitation fee due upon registration. Accommodation payment due August 1, 2020.
Transportation: Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Harvey’s Point. Group transportation by chartered bus will be available from Dublin to Donegal for an additional fee of $120. The bus will depart at 10am from Dublin on September 6th and return to Dublin on September 10th at 10am.
Lodging: The retreat will be held at Harvey's Point. Two levels of accommodation are available for either single or double occupancy. All rates are per person.
Harvey's Point Lodge:
The lodge offers accommodations that are akin to cruise ship cabins are are more economical. Lodging is available for single or double occupancy and can be assigned or requested by gender. Each room has two single beds and one private bathroom. Participants may chose single or double occupancy and their lodging choice will be priced accordingly.
The Hotel at Harvey's Point:
The Hotel at Harvey's Point is a 4 star hotel with luxury accommodations. The rooms reserved for the retreat are standard executive suites. Lodging is available for single or double occupancy and can be assigned or requested by gender. Each room has two single beds and one private bathroom. Participants may chose single or double occupancy and their lodging choice will be priced accordingly.
The retreat facilitators will book your room directly with Harvey's Point after receiving your retreat deposit.
Meals: Two meals a day are included with the exception of 2 evening meals (Monday and Tuesday evenings) which will be at the discretion and costs of the participants. There is a restaurant at Harvey's Point and a local list of restaurants and pubs will be provided as well. Given the locale, participants are encouraged to explore all that Donegal has to offer!

Schedule: On Wednesday, September 9th, a sacred sites tour will be offered. The cost of this tour is included in your payment. The tour itinerary will include Gleniff Horseshoe, Yeats Grave/Drumcliffe, Carrowmore Megalithic Complex, Tobernault Holy Well and conclude at Quay West Restaurant for a closing dinner.
The retreat will begin with an opening session at 3pm GMT on September 6th and end with a group dinner to end at 7pm GMT on September 9th. Lodging for the night of September 9th and breakfast the morning of September 10th is included. No formal session will be held the morning of September 10th before check out and departure.
